"membership lot"? The first place, of course, is right here! Deciding
which property to purchase is a process which requires information.
Our goal is to counsel with you about the important aspects of investing
in property, and help you to find that "just right feeling" should
you choose to do so.
Lots can be divided into two basic categories: "Membership Lots",
which typically are not considered easily built upon but are acquired
to establish property owner rights in Hot Springs Village, and "Buildable
Lots". A membership lot allows you, the property owner, to enjoy
all the benefits and amenities of HSV at the lowest costs. Your
family benefits as well, and your friends can accompany you at the
rates established for them. Buildable lots typically command higher
prices than membership lots.
Membership or buildable lots can be purchased from real
estate companies starting at about $10,000 and any real
estate agent in Hot Springs Village can give you information
about available membership lots.
The more desirable the topography and location, the higher the lot
price. Homesites are found throughout the 26,000-acre development.
We categorize buildable lots as follows: Interior, View, Golf, and
Lake.

Or, if you prefer not to build, you may choose to purchase an existing
resale home through one of our qualified real estate professionals.
Undergound utilities, (electricity, water, sewer,
phone and T.V. or Digital Cable) are available in almost all of
the 300 subdivisions located in Hot Springs Village. Refer to the
developer's
(Cooper Communities, Inc.) Federal Property Report, or check with
the Property Owners Association (POA) for information concerning
a specific subdivision. Newly developed subdivisions may not yet
have utilities installed. Applicable costs for utility hook up (i.e.
telephone, cable and water/sewer) will be in addition to the purchase
price of any lot when you build a new home.
